Special Events
Special events are often related to life and death as family members gather for birthdays, reunions, funerals, weddings, baptisms and special holidays.
A few of those are chronicled here in no particular order. Others are included in History documents in the Genealogy section.
Birthdays
Alton Seim turned 90 in 2005. Olga Meyer Seim celebrated 90 years that year also. This photo collection is from the weekend of parties to honor them.
Bill Meyer turned 100 in 2006. Lots of family members went to Austin, Texas to celebrate with him and have good times with each other.
Ruth Meyer Seim celebrated 90 years on two occasions. One in Nebraska in Summer, 2007, and again at her home in California closer to the actual day in October.
Remembering
Olga Meyer Seim passed away on June 9, 2007. This page recounts some memories of her life.
Bill Meyer passed away the age of 101 in November 2007.
Mike Seim died of cancer in June, 2007.
Don Meyer went to heaven in November of 2009.
Louise Helen Meyer Seim passed away on March 7, 2011 at the age of 97.
